Feeding Guidelines
Serve dry, or mix with water to increase aroma for your dog. We suggest using these charts as a guide. Please remember these portions are averages and will vary according to your dog’s body condition, age, activity level and environment. When introducing VENTURE, mix increasing amounts of VENTURE with decreasing amounts of the current food over a 7-10 day period. This transition will help reduce digestive upsets that might occur due to the change in diet. During gestation and lactation, feed 2 to 4 times as much food as recommended in the Adult Feeding Guide for the weight of your adult dog. Puppies start to eat solid foods at three to four weeks of age and can be fed dry or with warm water (3 parts food – one part water). Be sure to offer fresh, clean water daily. We recommend taking your pet to see a veterinarian annually.
